PORK WITH QUINCE AND PUMPKIN

INGREDIENTS 

Pork - 700 g,
Quince - 2-3 pieces,
onions - 1 pc.,
a piece of pumpkin,
next butter,
salt, pepper to taste,
dry herbs,
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp,
water - 1 tbsp.


PREPARATION 

Quince from the entrails, cut into slices and fry in the next oil. In the same place fry pumpkin slices. Onion cut into half rings and fry until golden brown. Dice the meat, fry in a well heated pan, add salt, pepper, add dry grass.

Put the onion in the form, then the meat, put quince and pumpkin on top. Bred 2 tbsp. tomato paste in a glass of water and pour the meat. Cover with foil and set in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees. for 10 minutes, then reduce  to 175 and bake 50 minutes. 

Foil remove and leave for another 20 minutes. 

 Delicious flavored pork is ready!
