You must admit that not everyone loves cooking cakes - not everyone can do this, for this they need skills and patience. But with today's recipe, as most food bloggers and simple housewives assure, anyone can handle it. We offer you to try your abilities with a cake under the very touching name "milk girl with berries". Berries in the recipe fit any, it's all about your taste and possibilities. Time will have to be spent only on baking cakes, but this is quite possible to survive for a wonderful and tasty result.


1 can of condensed milk
1 cup or 150 grams of flour
1 bag of baking powder
2 eggs category c0
vanilla extract
400 ml cream with 33% fat
400 grams of cottage cheese
powdered sugar to taste
vanilla extract

any fresh berries, kiwi or bananas for the filling (without them)


1. For dough, mix eggs, condensed milk, flour and baking powder, let stand 10-15 minutes. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. On parchment paper to draw a circle of the desired diameter, or it is very convenient to take a pastry ring.

2. We smear 1-2 tablespoons of dough according to the diameter of a ring or a circle, very thinly. We put in the oven for a few minutes. The circles should not redden much, let them remain light, otherwise the edges can be burnt. Do this until the dough runs out.

3. Making the cream: whip the cold cream with powdered sugar until thick, then add the curd cheese and vanilla extract, beat everything thoroughly again.

4. We collect cake: we spread cake, we coat with 2 tbsp. l cream, lay out the stuffing: raspberry, blueberry, sliced strawberries, bananas or kiwi, cover with the following crust.

5. In the end, we coat the edges and top of the cake with the remaining cream and decorate it with something that fits the arm.

Tip: you need to give the cake to stand in the refrigerator for a bit, and in just a couple of hours it will become saturated

Ingredients for the dough:

Butter - 200 g
Salt - 1 pinch
Flour - 3 stack.
Kefir - 1 stack.
Baking Powder - 1 tsp.
Vanilla or vanilla sugar - to taste

1. For the dough: sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, baking powder, mix, add butter, grind it with flour, then pour the kefir and knead the soft dough. If necessary, you can pour more flour.
2. Roll the dough into a thin layer 3 mm thick. Cut into strips 20-30 cm long and 7-8 cm wide. Spread cherries in a row in the middle of each strip, sprinkle with sugar and form a sausage.
3. Put the spiral filled sausages in a spiral shape and bake at 200 ° C until rosy color, about 30-40 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

1. Walnuts.

Take a glass of walnuts, as much honey and lemon. Chop the kernels of nuts and lemon, pour in liquid honey, store in the refrigerator. Take 1 tbsp. spoon 3 times a day for 2 weeks.

2. Fresh grape juice.

Take 2 tbsp. spoon before eating until you feel better.

3. Pine needles.

Rinse needles collected in the forest, dry in the oven for 15 minutes., 2 tbsp. chop conifer needles, pour 200 ml of water and boil on low heat for 30 minutes, add 3 tbsp. spoons of honey, wrap for 1 hour. Take on 1st. spoon before bed for 10 days.

4. Old recipe.

200 ml of milk, 1 tbsp. spoon of honey and 0.5 tbsp. spoons of dry chamomile inflorescences. Chamomile pour milk and bring to a boil, dissolve honey, strain, drink before bedtime.

5. A mixture of pumpkin seeds, honey and brandy.

0.5 cups of peeled seeds pour liquid honey and add 2 tbsp. spoons of brandy.

Chickpeas are small brown-green beans, shaped like an owl or a sheep's head (hence the name).
Chickpeas have a pleasant nutty flavor. Boiled crushed chickpea, brought to the consistency of mashed potatoes, is a nutritious snack - "hummus". This is chickpea paste.
It can be smeared on bread, croutons, served with fresh vegetables or main courses as a sauce. In hummus there are a lot of vitamins and vegetable protein, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium - during the fast and in the vegetarian menu it is simply irreplaceable.
It will be needed for chickpea paste.200 g chickpea, 50 g sesame, 3-4 cloves of garlic, 3 sprigs of parsley, 1 lemon, 50 ml of olive oil, salt, black pepper (ground), paprika (ground), optional chili (red).

* Soak chickpeas for several hours, and better at night.

* Then boil chickpeas to readiness, strain. Do not pour out the decoction!

* Transfer chickpeas to blender tank.

* Pour sesame.

* Add lemon juice.

* Add parsley, salt, pepper and paprika to taste.

* Pour in olive oil.

* Mix all ingredients until smooth. Then add the broth and grind again.

Wheat flour 350 g

Bake 10 minutes: the cookies will rise and turn golden.

Step 6:

Transfer to cool on a wire rack.

Step 7:
