CHICKPEAS STRENGTHEN IMMUNITY AND BONE TISSUE !

Chickpeas are small brown-green beans, shaped like an owl or a sheep's head (hence the name).
Chickpeas have a pleasant nutty flavor. Boiled crushed chickpea, brought to the consistency of mashed potatoes, is a nutritious snack - "hummus". This is chickpea paste.
It can be smeared on bread, croutons, served with fresh vegetables or main courses as a sauce. In hummus there are a lot of vitamins and vegetable protein, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium - during the fast and in the vegetarian menu it is simply irreplaceable.
It will be needed for chickpea paste.200 g chickpea, 50 g sesame, 3-4 cloves of garlic, 3 sprigs of parsley, 1 lemon, 50 ml of olive oil, salt, black pepper (ground), paprika (ground), optional chili (red).

* Soak chickpeas for several hours, and better at night.

* Then boil chickpeas to readiness, strain. Do not pour out the decoction!

* Transfer chickpeas to blender tank.

* Pour sesame.

* Add lemon juice.

* Add parsley, salt, pepper and paprika to taste.

* Pour in olive oil.

* Mix all ingredients until smooth. Then add the broth and grind again.

Hummus is ready !
