So, the oven is heated to 200 degrees. 

Cut cabbage into "steaks" along the head. Lubricate it with spicy butter.

To do this, mix in a deep bowl of vegetable oil, salt, pepper and a mixture of some fragrant herbs - for example, Italian or provencal. And you can not add any herbs, but just squeeze a couple of cloves of garlic into the butter. 

Lubricate the fragrant mixture of cabbage, and spread it on a baking sheet, covered with parchment. 

We put in a preheated oven and forget about 20-30 minutes. 

Half an hour later we remember, we take out of the oven and start eating. 

Cabbage should be soft and get a golden crust.
