TRICKY CHERRY PIE

Ingredients for the dough:

Butter - 200 g
Salt - 1 pinch
Flour - 3 stack.
Kefir - 1 stack.
Baking Powder - 1 tsp.
Vanilla or vanilla sugar - to taste



Filling:

Pitted Cherry - 500 g
Sugar - ½ stack.

Cooking:


1. For the dough: sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, baking powder, mix, add butter, grind it with flour, then pour the kefir and knead the soft dough. If necessary, you can pour more flour.
2. Roll the dough into a thin layer 3 mm thick. Cut into strips 20-30 cm long and 7-8 cm wide. Spread cherries in a row in the middle of each strip, sprinkle with sugar and form a sausage.
3. Put the spiral filled sausages in a spiral shape and bake at 200 ° C until rosy color, about 30-40 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
