CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME - Top Five Recipes

Bitter and crunchy, walnuts are rich in Omega-3 ALA fatty-acids, necessary for hair growth. They're also rich in biotin & vitamin e, which prevent hair loss and aid in protecting hair from sun. 1. Walnuts.

Take a glass of walnuts, as much honey and lemon. Chop the kernels of nuts and lemon, pour in liquid honey, store in the refrigerator. Take 1 tbsp. spoon 3 times a day for 2 weeks.

2. Fresh grape juice.

Take 2 tbsp. spoon before eating until you feel better.

3. Pine needles.

Rinse needles collected in the forest, dry in the oven for 15 minutes., 2 tbsp. chop conifer needles, pour 200 ml of water and boil on low heat for 30 minutes, add 3 tbsp. spoons of honey, wrap for 1 hour. Take on 1st. spoon before bed for 10 days.

4. Old recipe.

200 ml of milk, 1 tbsp. spoon of honey and 0.5 tbsp. spoons of dry chamomile inflorescences. Chamomile pour milk and bring to a boil, dissolve honey, strain, drink before bedtime.

5. A mixture of pumpkin seeds, honey and brandy.

0.5 cups of peeled seeds pour liquid honey and add 2 tbsp. spoons of brandy.
